For Great Tasting Fiesta Flats What you Will Need: 1 lb ground beef; 1 cup water; 1 package (1.25 oz) Ortega Taco Seasoning Mix; shredded lettuce & diced tomatoes; shredded cheese; Ortega Thick and Smooth Taco Sauce, any variety. 1. Brown beef; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Heat until thickened, stirring often. 2. Remove Fiesta Flats from packaging. Bake Fiesta Flats in preheated 350 degrees F oven 3 to 4 minutes or microwave on high 40 to 60 seconds. Do not prepare Fiesta Flats in toaster oven. 3. Fill Fiesta Flats with meat mixture and toppings. Store unused Fiesta Flats in airtight plastic bag or container.
