Shake well before use and use immediately. To operate, squeeze replaceable safety clip to remove. Turn the nozzle to on position. Hold sprayer at arms length with nozzle pointing towards the weeds and ensure spray covers all weed leaves. Use on weeds which are leafy and actively growing -- usually from April to September. For best results do now mow for 3 days before or after treatment. All grass clippings may be left in place on the lawn. The first mowings after the application must not be used as mulch, either fresh or after composting, since it may damage desired plants. Dispose of via normal household waste. The next three mowings should be used as a mulch only after composting well, for at least 9 months. Statutory Conditions Relating to Use: For Use Only as a Home Garden Weed Killer. For use on lawns. Maximum individual dose: 500 ml product per 10 m2. Maximum number of treatments: One per year. Harmful to fish or other aquatic life. Do not contaminate ponds or streams. One treatment gives season long control of weeds. Kills weeds not lawns. Contains fluroxypyr, clopyralid and MCPA. Verdone Extra Spot Weeder kills many weeds in lawns with one treatment, including problem weeds such as white clover, black merdick, lesser trefoil, daisy, dandelion, plantains and common mouse-ear. You Can Treat New Lawns: Treat in the spring at least 2 months after sowing or laying turf. The new lawn must be growing well. Children and pets need not be excluded from the treated area once the spray has dried.
