Directions
Store in a cool dry place. You will need: 2 eggs (or egg substitute) ; 1/2 cup Hain Canola Oil (or 4 oz butter or Spectrum Canola Oil); 1 1/4 cup milk (or soy milk or water). 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil and flour 9 X 13 inch pan or two 8 inch or 9 inch round pans. 2. Place wet ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, mix for approximately 2 minutes. Add cake mix and beat 2 to 3 minutes until well combined with a smooth texture (May need to adjust for high altitude - additional flour and extend baking time.). 3. Pour batter into pan(s). Bake for 20-24 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean (May need to adjust for high altitude - additional flour and extend baking time.). 4. Remove from oven and allow pan to cool on rack. If preparing a layer cake remove cake from pans and frost. Otherwise frost once cake has cooled. Enjoy!
