Directions

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Shop Rite Roach and Ant killer works in two ways: 1. Kills bugs fast on contact, and 2. Its residual action keeps on killing for up to four weeks after you spray. Shake well before each use. Hold upright 12-15 inches from surface being sprayed. Press button down and spray as directed. Spray surface until lightly wet. For indoors: Cockroaches (including adult and immature stages of both non-resistant and organophosphate and carbamate resistant strains), ants, booklice, box elder bugs, centipedes, crickets, dermestids, firebrats, fleas, palmetto bugs, silverfish, sow bugs, ticks, and waterbugs: Apply as spot and crack and crevice treatment to areas where pests crawl and hide, especially in hidden areas around sinks and storage areas, behind and under refrigerators, cabinets, sinks, and stoves, the underside of shelves, drawers, bookcases, and similar areas. When driven out, spray directly. Cover all food handling surfaces and cover or remove all food and cooking utensils or wash thoroughly after treatment. Exposed food should be covered or removed. Repeat as necessary but not more than once a week. Ticks and fleas on surfaces: Remove pet bedding and destroy or clean thoroughly. Spray pet resting quarters. Adult fleas and larvae will be killed. Put fresh bedding down once spray has dried. Do not spray animals directly. For best results, pets should be treated with an appropriate flea and/or tick control product registered for use on pets before allowing them to return to treated area. Spray rugs and carpets when infestations are bad. Test first for staining on an inconspicuous piece prior to use. Spiders: Apply along and behind baseboards, to window and door frames, corners, pipes, storage localities, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas over which these pests may crawl on clothes. Do not apply to clothing. Outdoors: Crawling insects: Ants, cockroaches (Including Asian cockroaches), centipedes, crickets, mole crickets, water bugs, and silverfish. Spray infested surfaces of patio or picnic area. hitting as many insects as possible. Also spray legs of tables and chairs to repel ants. Spray anthills for best control. Ants: Spray around ant trails and hills. Spray around nests hidden under steps, brickwork, concrete, etc. Break apart accessible nests and spray on or around debris until surface is slightly wet. Repeat as necessary, but not more than once per week. Flying insects: Houseflies, gnats, mosquitoes, and small flying moths. Use only on outdoor surfaces. Spray outside surfaces of window and doorframes and other areas where these pests may enter the home. Also spray localized resting areas, such as under eaves, porches, surfaces around light fixtures and cords, railings, etc, where these insects may rest. Insects coming to rest on treated surfaces will be killed. Storage and disposal: Do not store near heat or open flame. Store in cool, dry area away from children. Container disposal: Replace cap, wrap container in several layers of newspaper and discard in trash. Do not puncture or incinerate. Can may be disposed of with other recyclables where local law permits. Notice: Buyer assumes all responsibility for safety and use not in accordance with directions.

Shop Rite Roach and Ant Killer is intended for use in and around residential structures and their immediate surroundings. Permitted areas of use include: homes, apartments, condominiums, automobiles, boats, campers, dining rooms, play rooms, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, cabins, cat sleeping quarters, decks, dens, driveways, garages, patios, pet sleeping areas, porches, storage areas, sun rooms, and utility rooms.

Contains no CFC's or other ozone depleting substances. Federal regulations prohibit CFC propellants in aerosols. Kills on contact. Not for use on plants grown for sale or other commercial use.

Warnings

Remove pets, birds, and cover fish aquariums before spraying. Environmental hazards: This product is toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water. This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment or residues on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product or allow it to drift onto blooming crops or weeds if bees are visiting the treatment area. Contents under pressure. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Exposure to temperatures above 130 degrees F. may cause bursting. Do not apply this product in or on electrical equipment due to the possibility of shock hazard. Keep out of reach of children.
