Directions
Position the elasticized cup end of the guard to the back of a pair pf close-fitting underwear. The front end of the guard should be even with the front waistband. Press guard into underwear, adhesive side down. Pull underwear into place and adjust guard so that it cups the testicles. Change as often as you feel comfortable. Do Not Flush: Dispose of in a sanitary manner.
