Place the board or file under the nail edge at a slant and file in one direction only. 4-Step Buffing Board: The 4-Step Buffing Board gives your nails a natural, lustrous finish. Toenail Clipper: Place clipper along toenail edge, being careful not to cut nails shorter than tips of toes for maximum comfort.
