Soak feet in warm, soapy water. Rinse feet, but do not dry as your CareOne foot file should be used on moist skin. Using light pressure and a circular motion, remove calluses with the coarse side. Follow up with fine side to smooth area. Rinse feet clean and then apply your favorite lotion.
