For Proper Application of Wrist Support: 1. Place thumb through the hole at the top of product. Let strap hand down over the back of your hand. 2. Take the end of the strap with your other hand and wrap strap around wrist area and lock down to desired level of support and compression. Care: Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Air dry.
