Directions
Bake: 1. Preheat conventional oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. 3. Bake 10 minutes, carefully turn over and continue baking an additional 7 to 10 minutes or until reaching light golden color. 4. Spread on absorbent paper and serve immediately. Note: Cook to light golden color. Cooking times may vary based on appliance power. Watch closely in final minutes of preparation, when cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. To Store: Keep frozen until ready to use. To reclose bag, twist open end and secure with rubber band or twist-tie and return to freezer immediately. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed.
