Directions
Keep frozen. Simmer: For each 8 ounces (approximately 1/2 bag) of french cut beans, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add vegetables and bring to a second boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 8 to 12 minutes, until just tender. Do not overcook. Drain. Season to taste. Steam: Pour 8 ounces (approximately 1/2 bag) of French Cut Green Beans in vegetable steamer and place over boiling water. Cover and steam 6 minutes, until just tender. Season to taste. Microwave: Pour French cut green beans in 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe dish. Add water and cover. Microwave on high as directed on chart. Season to taste. Servings: 2 Large; Amount: 8 oz; Water: 1 tablespoon; Cooking Time (Microwave cooking times may vary from one oven to another. For best results, consult owners manual): 3 minutes. Stir and continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes. Servings: 5; Amount: 16 oz; Water: ¼ cup; Cooking Time (Microwave cooking times may vary from one oven to another.
