Directions
Bake: 1. Preheat conventional or toaster oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. 3. Bake 8 minutes, carefully turn over and continue baking an additional 4 to 7 minutes or until reaching light golden color. 4. Spread on absorbent paper, season to taste and serve immediately. Deep Fry (It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil.): 1. Preheat cooking oil in deep fry to 350 degree F. 2. Fill deep fryer basket half full of frozen fries and carefully lower into hot oil. 3. Deep fry for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. 4. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately. Pan Fry (It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil.): 1. Preheat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in skillet to medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add frozen fries in a single layer. Stir to evenly distribute oil. 2. Cover with lid and heat 6 to 7 minutes stirring frequently for uniform cooking. 3. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately. Note: Cook to light golden color. Cooking times may vary based on appliance power. Watch closely in final minutes of preparation, when cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. For best quality, microwave cooking not recommended. To Store: Keep frozen until ready to use. To reclose bag, twist open end and secure with rubber band or twist-tie and return to freezer immediately. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Always add product carefully.
