Directions
Keep frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 160 degrees. Stove Top: 1. Place basting oil packet in bowl of hot tap water to thaw until needed. 2. Place 1/4 cup water and vegetables in large skillet; cover and bring to boil on High. Reduce heat and simmer 6 minutes. Remove cover. 3. Return to High; add basting oil and stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Place basting oil packet in bowl of hot tap water to thaw until needed. 2. Place vegetables in a 2-quart microwave safe dish; cover. 3. Cook on High 6 minutes, stirring halfway through, until thoroughly cooked. 4. Carefully stir in basting oil; cook 1 minute. Rest 1-2 minutes before serving.
