Keep frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stove-Top: Place desired amount of carrots in saucepan with 1 cup water. Cover. Bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat, stir, cook gently 10-12 minutes or just until tender. Drain. Season to taste. Microwave (1100 watt) (Lower Wattage Microwave Ovens May Require More Time): Place desired amount of carrots in microwave-safe container with 1/4 cup water. Cover. Cook on High according to chart. Drain. Season to taste. Microwave Cooking Chart: 1/2 Package: 6-8 minutes, stir after 4 minutes, 5 minutes standing time. Full Package: 14-16 minutes cook time, stir after 7 minutes, 5 minutes standing time.
