Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use. Reclose bag tightly and promptly return unused portion to freezer. Cooking: Do not thaw potatoes before cooking. Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread single layer of frozen potatoes on a dark non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Carefully turn once and continue baking another 5 to 10 minutes until reaching desired color and crispness. Spread on absorbent paper towel, season to taste and serve. Deep Frying: Preheat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees F. Carefully place frozen potatoes into deep fry basket 1/2 full. Deep fry for 2 to 3 minutes until reaching desired color and crispness. Drain, spread on absorbent paper towel. Season to taste and serve. Pan Frying: Pour 1/4 inch of cooking oil in large frying pan or electric skillet. Carefully add a single layer of frozen potatoes. Heat to a minimum of (375 degrees F in electric skillet). Cook 5 to 7 minutes, turning once until reaching desired color and crispness. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on absorbent paper towel. Season to taste and serve.
