Directions
Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use. Stovetop: Bring 1/2 cup water to boil. Add succotash and 1/2 teaspoon salt, if desired. Bring rapidly to second boil separating with fork to hasten thawing. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Drain, serve with butter and seasoning to taste. Microwave: Place succotash and 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe casserole. Cover. Cook on High setting 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 minutes. Stir. Cook on High another 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 minutes. Drain.
