Directions
Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use. Stovetop: In a medium saucepan, place frozen spinach in just enough water to cover spinach. Bring quickly to a boil, separating spinach with a fork to hasten thawing. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Drain and serve. Microwave: Place spinach and 3 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe casserole. Cover. Cook on High power 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain and serve.
