Keep frozen. Do not thaw potatoes before cooking. In The Oven: Preheat oven to 425-450 degrees F (220-230 degrees C). Arrange frozen Mini Latkes in single layer on baking sheet or shallow pan. Heat for 15-20 minutes on the middle rack of the oven, turning after the first 10 to 14 minutes. If needed, adjust cooking time for desired color and crispiness. Season and serve. Deep Frying: Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C). Fill fryer basked no more than half full of frozen Mini Latkes. Carefully lower the basket into the hot oil. Fry 2 to 3 minutes, or to desired color and crispiness. Drain, season, and serve. Frying Pan Method: Pan fry in a small amount of vegetable oil at medium temperature until golden brown. Turn occasionally. Note: Oven temperatures may vary, so cooking times may have to be changed.
