Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly before eating. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Microwave: 1) Place mixed vegetables in microwave safe dish. Add 1/2 cup water (1/4 cup for half package). 2. Cover and microwave on High for 5-6 minutes (3-4 minutes for half package); stir halfway through cooking. 3) Drain. (Cook time based on 1200 watt microwave; cook time may need to be adjusted for your microwave). Stovetop: 1) Place mixed vegetables in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water (1/4 cup for half package). Bring water to a full boil over High heat. 2. Reduce heat to Medium-High and cover. Cook 5-6 minutes (3-4 minutes for half package), stirring occasionally. 3. Drain. Store tightly closed in freezer at 0 degrees F.
