Directions

Keep frozen. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Leave pie in the tray and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Cover pie with foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until heated throughout. For best flavor, wait 2 minutes before eating. Or for quicker results, remove overwrap, leave pie in the tray, place on microwave safe plate and heat in the microwave until just thawed (Approximately 3 1/2 minutes). Then transfer pie to a cookie sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F until pie is hot and golden brown. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven. Do not use a toaster oven.

Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare hem with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, poultry or eggs are ever used in any Amy's products. Contains 13 grams of total fat, compared to 19 grams in Amy's regular Vegetable Pot Pie. Certified organic by QAI. Amy's Kitchen was started when our daughter Amy was born in 1987. Our first dish was the traditional Pot Pie. Amy has grown a lot since then and so has the popularity of that original Vegetable Pot Pie. Now, especially for those who prefer a non-dairy, lower fat version of this all time favorite, here is a delicious pie with a tender flaky wheat crust that's dairy free and contains 30% less fat than our original pot pie. Everything else is the same - the organic vegetables, the marinated organic tofu and creamy sauce delicately flavored with a blend of herbs and spices. Most of all, this pie is made with the same careful attention and commitment to quality that's been the hallmark of Amy's Kitchen since we began.
