Directions
Keep frozen, until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Refrigerate unused cooked pieces. For crispiest coating, we recommend conventional oven preparation. Conventional Oven or Toaster Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place frozen fish cakes on a baking sheet. 3. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until done. Oven temperatures may vary, adjust cooking times accordingly. Microwave Oven: 1. Place frozen fish cakes on a microwaveable plate lined with 2 paper towels. 2. Microwave on Medium (50% power) as suggested in cooking chart, rotating plate once during cooking. Let stand 2 - 3 minutes before serving. Microwave: 1 fish cake = 3 - 3 1/2 minutes on Medium; 2 fish cakes = 4 - 4 1/2 minutes on Medium; 3 to 4 fish cakes = 6 - 7 minutes on Medium.
