Amy's Breakfast Patties are at their crispy best when prepared in a skillet, baked in the oven or toaster oven and served warm. Stove Top: Brush frozen patties with oil and cook in nonstick skillet on Medium. Heat for 7-9 minutes or until heated throughout, turning occasionally. Toaster Oven or Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange patties on lightly oiled cookie sheet so they are not touching. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until heated throughout. Serve immediately. Microwave Oven: Place frozen patty on microwaveable plate. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 30-45 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Barbecuing: Lightly oil each side of frozen patty before putting on the grill. Grill on each side until done. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate.
