To Store: Eli's Chicago's Finest Cheesecake can be stored in your freezer at zero degrees up to 6 months. To Thaw: Place the cheesecake (in the carton) in your refrigerator overnight. Wrap extra slices in plastic wrap before returning to freezer or refrigerator. A thawed cheesecake can be refrigerated up to 5 days.
