Directions
Remove plastic wrap from pan and run tip of spatula between frozen cheesecake and side of pan. As illustrated, hold sides of pan. As illustrated, hold sides of pan and push up on bottom until cheesecake releases. Using a spatula, lift and remove cheesecake from pan and place on serving dish. To Thaw Slice: Slice frozen cheesecake with knife moistened in warm water. Place slice on microwave safe plate and thaw in microwave (1,000W) for 35 seconds at 50% power and let stand for 3 minutes or thaw slice at room temperature for 15 minutes to 25 minutes. Consume immediately. Cover unused portions and return to freezer. To Thaw Whole Cheesecake: Thaw Whole cheesecake in refrigerator for 3 hours to 3-1/2 hours or thaw room temperature 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours. Consume immediately. For a frozen treat, reduce thaw time. Recommended Storage: Store frozen (0 degrees F) until ready to use. Cover unused portions and refrigerate for up to 6 days. Do not microwave cheesecake in pan. Reminder: Microwave wattage, freezer and refrigerator temperatures vary, adjust above times as necessary. Keep frozen.
