Directions
Peel away backing material exposing adhesive side. With curved edge down, carefully press into back of heel area of shoe, approximately 1/4 inch from top. Adhesive is permanent. For optimum life, use a shoe horn.

Prevents blisters, heel irritation and shoe from slipping. Helps reduce friction and rubbing, which may cause soreness or hosiery wear. Eliminates slippage of loose-fitting shoes. Long lasting self-adhesive. Made in China.
