Directions
We recommend using after taking a bath or before bedtime. 1. Remove one patch from the pouch and peel off the backing, exposing the adhesive surface. 2. Place it (the white part of the patch) on your heel. Press the patch firmly in place along the curve of the heel, bottom side first. 3. Press the rest of the patch in place so that the wing sections adhere to your lateral heel and the patch completely cups the heel. 4. Remove after use. Do not use on wet skin.
