The file can be used on dry skin, but for best results, soften feet first by soaking in a warm foot bath. Use the coarse side to remove rough, hard skin, then the finer side to smooth and buff. Follow up with a rich moisturizing cream. Flip tool and use the rubber bumps on the handle to stimulate foot circulation. Care: Wash file with warm water, air dry.
