You Will Need: 1 package Essential Everyday mushroom gravy mix; 1 cup water. 1. In a 1-quart saucepan over Medium heat, whisk together gravy mix and water. 2. Cook until gravy comes to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduces heat; simmer 1 minute. 3. Remove from heat; let stand 1 minute (gravy will thicken upon standing). Tip: Add 2 tablespoons of pan drippings to gravy, if desired; heat according to directions. Amount: About 4 (1/4 cup) servings.
