Directions
Brush at least three times per week to effectively remove plaque from teeth and gum line. Consult your veterinarian prior to brushing if you have any questions. For best results, use with Arm & Hammer White Bites Dog Toothpaste (sold separately). 1. Introduce your dog to toothpaste by applying a small amount onto your finger and allowing dog to taste. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto toothbrush. 3. Start slowly, give lots of praise, and reward your dog after every session. 4. Gently pull up your dog's lips and cheeks and begin brushing with short, back-and-forth strokes at the gum line. Brush only a few teeth at a time until dog is comfortable. 5. Thoroughly clean and massage the gum tissue as shown, using short, circular strokes. Be sure to reach the back teeth as well. 6. No rinsing necessary, but always have a fresh bowl of water available for your dog.
