Suggested Use: Take One capsule every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed Four capsules in any 24-hour period. This product has 25 mg concentrated ephedrine group alkaloids per serving in the form of herbal extracts. This maximum recommended dosage of ephedrine for a healthy adult is 100 mg in a 24-hour period for not more than 12 weeks.
