Directions
Take one Norexin tablet with a glass of water 30-45 minutes before a morning meal and one tablet before or with lunch. After 3 days of use, take two tablets twice daily at morning and lunch time. Do not exceed 100mg of total ephedrine alkaloids per day. For best results, take in conjunction with a healthy diet and proper exercise program.
