Shake well before every use. Recommended Use: As an adult dietary supplement, dispense 2.5ml to 5ml in your mouth and swallow. Initially, take 2.5ml two times daily for the first 7 days to determine your tolerance. Do not exceed 5ml at any one time and do not exceed 5ml per day.
