Directions
Adult Dose: Take 3-6 capsules with water (8 fl oz) before bedtime on a daily basis until desired results are achieved. Then reduce amount and maintain. Drink 6-3 glasses of water throughout the day to achieve best results. For cleansing, take capsules for a period of 30-90 days. Do not exceed 6 capsules in any 24 hr. period. A cleansing program can be incorporated up to 3 times annually. For sensitive bowels begin by taking 1 capsule per day for 3 days before increasing the intake level.
