Directions
Dose may be repeated every 4 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses in a 24-hour period. Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: 2 teaspoonfuls (tsp). 6 Years and Under 12 Years: 1 teaspoonful (tsp). 2 Years and Under 6 Years: 1/2 teaspoonful (tsp). Under 2 Years: Ask a doctor. Store at room temperature (59 to 86 degrees F).
Indications
Temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation; helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients (in each 5 ml Teaspoonful): Dextromethorphan HBr USP (10 mg), Guaifenesin USP (100 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Aspartame, Benzoic Acid, Flavor, Glycerin, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Purified Water.
Warnings
Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have cough that lasts or is chronic such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema; cough that lasts with too much phlegm (mucus). Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts for more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash or persistent headache. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Sealed with printed neckband for your protection. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine 14 mg per teaspoon.
