Directions
Do not take more than the recommended dose (see overdose warning). Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Take 4 teaspoons every 4 hours. Do not take more than 6 doses (24 teaspoons) in a 24 hour period. Children Under 12 Years: Consult a doctor. Store at room temperature and protect from excessive heat.
Indications
Temporarily relieves these symptoms due to a cold or flu with cough: minor aches and pains; headache; coughing; runny nose; nasal and sinus congestion; sneezing; sore throat. Temporarily reduces fever.

Acetaminophen/pain reliever-fever reducer; Chlorpheniramine maleate/antihistamine; Dextromethorphan hydrobromide/cough suppressant; Phenylephrine HCl/nasal decongestant. Cold & cough formula. Cough; nasal congestion; runny nose; headache + body ache; sinus pressure. Alcohol free. Fast relief! Each teaspoon contains: sodium 3 mg. Dosage cup provided. This product does not contain pseudoephedrine HCI (PSE) or phenylpropanolamine (PPA). Does not contain aspirin.
Ingredients
Active Ingredients (in each 5 ml Teaspoon): Acetaminophen (162.5 mg), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (1 mg), Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (5 mg), Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (2.5 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Anhydrous Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, FD&C Red 40, Flavor, Glycerin, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sorbitol, Sodium Benzoate, Sucralose.
Warnings
Alcohol Warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage. Sore Throat Warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Do not use with any other products containing acetaminophen; if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug (If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product). Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease; high blood pressure; thyroid disease; glaucoma; diabetes; cough with excessive phlegm (mucus); a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis; difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland; persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product do not exceed recommended dosage; may cause marked drowsiness; avoid alcoholic drinks; excitability may occur, especially in children; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Stop use and ask a doctor if pain, cough, or nasal congestion gets worse or lasts more than 7 days; fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days; redness or swelling is present; new symptoms occur; cough comes back or occurs with rash or headache that lasts (These could be signs of a serious condition); nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occurs. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose Warning: Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious health problems. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
