Directions
Take only as recommended - see overdose warning. Use dose cup or teaspoon (tsp). Do not exceed 4 doses per 24 hours. Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: 4 Teaspoons (20 ml) every 6 hours. Children Under 12 Years: Ask a doctor. Store at room temperature.

Uses: Temporarily relieves cough/cold/flu symptoms: sneezing, headache, sore throat, fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation.

Pseudoephedrine - nasal congestion. Alcohol 10%. Unique and soothing formula. Pleasant tasting raspberry flavor. Relieves Coughs: Each dose contains the maximum non-prescription amount of cough suppressant to control coughs for 6 to 8 hours. Clears Nasal and Sinus Congestion: Each dose contains the maximum non-prescription amount of nasal decongestant to restore freer breathing for up to 6 hours. Reduces Nasal Drainage and Sneezing: Each dose contains the maximum non-prescription amount of antihistamine to reduce nasal drainage and sneezing for up to 6 hours. Relieves Headaches, Fever and Sore Throat Pain: Each dose contains an analgesic to relieve fever, aches and pains for up to 6 hours. Each teaspoon contains sodium (8 mg).
Ingredients
Active Ingredients (in each 5 ml teaspoon): Acetaminophen (162.5 mg), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (1 mg), Dextromethorphan HBr (7.5 mg), Pseudoephedrine HCl (15 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Alcohol, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Citric Acid, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavor, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Polyethylene Glycol, Polyethylene Oxide, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Citrate.
Warnings
Failure to follow these warnings could result in serious consequences. Not recommended for children. Alcohol Warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage. Sore Throat Warning: If sore throat is severe, persists more than two days, is accompanied or followed by a fever, headache, rash, nausea or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Do Not Use: With other medicines containing acetaminophen. If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for two weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have: Heart disease; thyroid disease; diabetes; glaucoma; high blood pressure; cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus); a breathing problem or chronic cough that lasts or as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema; trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product: Do not use more than directed; excitability may occur, especially in children; drowsiness may occur; avoid alcoholic drinks; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Stop use and ask a doctor if: You get nervous, dizzy or sleepless; redness or swelling is present; fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days; new symptoms occur; symptoms do not get better within 7 days or are accompanies by a fever; cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose Warning: Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious health problems. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
