Directions
Do not take more than the recommended dose. For best taste, do not chew tablets. Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Allow 2 tablets to dissolve fully on the tongue every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor. Children 6 to Under 12 Years: Allow 1 tablet to dissolve fully on the tongue every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor. Children Under 6 Years: Consult a doctor. Store at room temperature and protect from excessive heat.
Indications
Provides temporary relief of these symptoms associated with a cold, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies: runny nose, sneezing, nasal and sinus congestion. Provides temporary relief of these additional symptoms associated with hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies: itching of the nose and throat; itchy, watery eyes.
Product Details
Nasal Decongestant/Antihistamine. Fast Relief of: Nasal congestion; Runny nose; Sneezing; Sinus pressure. Melts in your mouth. No water needed. This product does not contain phenylpropanolamine (PPA).
Ingredients
Active Ingredients (in each Tablet): Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg), Pseudoephedrine HCl (30 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Acesulfame Potassium, Aspartame, Carnauba Wax, Citric Acid, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Crospovidone, Ethylcellulose, Flavors, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, Mono- and Di-glycerides, Polyethylene, Sorbitol, Sucralose, Sucrose.
Warnings
Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease; high blood pressure; diabetes; thyroid disease; glaucoma; difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland; a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product do not exceed recommended dosage; you may get drowsy; avoid alcoholic drinks; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery; excitability may occur, especially in children. Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occurs; symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by a fever. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine 0.1 mg per tablet. For your family's protection, this package is child-resistant. Blister-packed for your protection. Do not use if blister is cut or broken.
