Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor. Children 6 to under 12 years: Take 2 tablets fully dissolved in 2 ounces of water every 4 hours. Do not take more than 12 tablets in 24 hours. Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 4 tablets fully dissolved in 4 ounces of water every 4 hours. Do not take more than 24 tablets in 24 hours.

Temporarily relieves these symptoms associated with a common cold: nasal congestion, runny nose, coughing, sneezing.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients (Each Tablet): Chlorpheniramine Maleate (1 mg), Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (5 mg), Phenylpropanolamine Bitartrate (10 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Acesulfame Potassium, Artificial and Natural Flavors, Aspartame, Citric Acid, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavor Enhancer, Fumaric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sorbitol. Each Tablet Contains Sodium (156 mg).
Warnings
Do not use: This product if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOl) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOl drug. If you are uncertain whether your prescription drug contains an MAOl, consult a health professional before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have: Heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, asthma, emphysema, excessive phlegm (mucus), glaucoma, chronic bronchitis, breathing problems, persistent or chronic cough, cough as with smoking, difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland. Ask a doctor before use if you are: using tranquilizers, sedatives or any product containing phenylpropanolamine, phenylephrine, pseudophedrine, or ephedrine. Stop using this product and consult a doctor if: nervousness, dizziness, sleeplessness, or palpitations occur, symptoms do not improve with 7 days or are accompanied by fever. When using this product: Do not exceed recommended dosage; may cause drowsiness; alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect; avoid alcoholic beverages; use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery; excitability may occur, especially in children; if cough persists for more than one week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache ask a doctor. These may be signs of a serious condition. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In the event of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek advice of a health professional before using this product. Foil sealed for your safety. Do not use if foil packs are torn or broken.
