Directions
To grind, we recommended setting your mill to a fine grind for both automatic Drip coffeemakers and Espresso machines. Grind only the amount needed, just before brewing. A coarser grind will produce a milder flavor. To prepare Antico Caffe Greco coffee, we suggest 1 slightly rounded tablespoon and 6 fl oz. of water per cup. Then adjust the recipe to your taste. T prepare an espresso, please follow instructions given by your espresso machine manufacturer. After opening, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
