Directions
Organic Grizzly Bear Brownies: 1 -1/4 Cup organic flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 cup Ah Laska organic bakers cocoa, 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter or dairy free substitute, 2 cups organic sugar or other sweetener, 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract, 4 eggs (beaten), 1 cup chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In another bowl, blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Fold in eggs. Do not over mix. Combine. Stir in chips. Pour in baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. For moist brownies, do not over bake. Cool, cut and devour!
