Directions
Oven fry directions: 1. spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 2. Wash chicken or meat of your choice with water; shake off excess water. 3. Pour Andy's Chicken Breading into a shallow dish or plastic bag. Coat chicken or your choice of meat a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. 4. Place chicken or meat of your choice in a baking dish and bake at 375-400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Time of cooking may vary depending on size and amount of meat placed in the dish. Please make sure all poultry products are cooked thoroughly as well as pork or beef. Directions for frying: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Wash chicken with water; shake off excess water. 3. Pour Andy's Chicken Breading into a shallow dish or plastic bag. Coat chicken or your choice of meat a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. 4. Fry chicken for 12-15 minutes. Length of cook time may vary depending on size and amount of meat placed in the fryer. 5. Use caution when cooking with hot oil. Tips: For thicker coating, use a mixture of .5 cup milk and one egg mixed thoroughly. Moisten your choice of meat with this mixture and follow steps 3, 4, and 5. Andy's Chicken breading can be used on any type of meat. Will bread 3 to 4 lbs of chicken.
