Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Drain blueberries. Rinse with cold water and set aside. In medium bowl stir together 2 egg whites and 3/4 cup water, using a fork. Add muffin mix and stir until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
