Directions

Oven Fry: 1. Spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 2. Wash fish or seafood with water; shake off excess water. 3. Pour Andy's breading into a shallow dish or plastic bag. Cover fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. 4. Place fish or seafood in a baking dish, spray with vegetable oil and bake at 450 degrees F, for 7-10 minutes, or bake to your preference. For Frying: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Wash fish or seafood with water; shake off excess water. 3. Pour Andy's breading into a shallow dish or plastic bag. Cover fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. 4. Fish fry or seafood 3-5 minutes. 5. Use caution when cooking with hot oil. Tips: For thicker coating, use a mixture of 1/2 cup milk and one egg mixed thoroughly. Moisten fish, or seafood and follow steps 3, 4 and 5. Andy's Fish Breading can be used in meatloaf, and used to deep-fry a variety of vegetables. Remember you can baked, broil or fry. Will bread 5 to 7 pounds of fish.
