Directions
1. Place pre-formed liner into bottle holder (fits Playtex disposable bottle holders). 2. Pour liquid into liner to desired level using the easy-to-read ounce markings. 3. Press nipple firmly into retainer ring to seal properly. 4. Screw retainer ring with nipple onto bottle holder and tighten securely. 5. In order to remove air, carefully squeeze bottom of bottle liner until a small amount of liquid comes out of the nipple. 6. Discard pre-formed flexible bottle liner after use. Avoid contact of sharp objects with the disposable liner. To Warm Liquids: To warm liquid in holder, place holder under hot tap water or in pan of warm water removed from heat source. To warm liquid before placing in holder, heat liquid in separate container - do not boil - and allow to cool at least 15 minutes before pouring into liner.

They are pre-sterilized and disposable so you get a clean liner for every feeding. Made in China.

Do not leave bottle with your baby unsupervised or for an extended period of time. Prolonged contact with liquids may cause severe tooth decay. Ask your doctor or dentist. Do not heat in microwave oven. Do not boil or sterilize any liquid in liner. Do not fill liner with boiling liquid. Do not warm in electrical bottle warmer or sterilizer. Never boil or sterilize any liquid in the bottles. Do not shake bottle filled with hot liquid. Failure to follow these instructions may cause the bottle to burst, spilling hot liquid, resulting in injury. To avoid injury, do not allow baby to walk with holder. Before allowing filled bottle to be near baby, test liquid to ensure it is at baby's drinking temperature.
