Directions
Stir 1 - 2 tablespoon(s) of Benefiber into 4 - 8 oz. of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved Not recommended for carbonated beverages. 12 Yrs. to Adult: 1 - 2 tbsp up to 3 times daily not to exceed 5 tbsp per day. 7 To 11 Yrs.: 1/2 - 1 tbsp up to 3 times daily not to exceed 2-1/2 tbsp per day. Under 6 Yrs.: Ask your doctor. Store at controlled room temperature 20 - 25 degrees C (68 - 77 degrees F). Protect from moisture. Use within 6 months of opening.
